BERTO has been selected by the Virginia SBDC as a
success story for a woman owned small business. This
award was based upon the significant progress BERTO has
made in establishing business infrastructure, business

business start-up. SCORE issues awards annually to celebrate
the outstanding achievements of small businesses in America.
The SCORE Award is the preeminent distinction in honoring
and supporting small businesses. BERTO was recognized in
the Washington area this year for having demonstrated
unique vision, innovation and achievement as the outstanding
startup. BERTO is a woman-owned small business providing
support to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence
